INGREDIENTS:

  • 225 g/1 e/4 cups HARIMSA Multigrain Mix.
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder.
  • 85 g/1/3 cup white sugar.
  • 65 g/1/4 cup brown sugar.
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla flavored sugar.
  • 125 g/1/2 cup butter.
  • 1 egg.

PREPARATION METHOD:

Preheat the oven to 180 ºC.

Put all the ingredients in a bowl and knead by hand for two minutes until you obtain a compact, homogeneous, and easy-to-shape dough.

Shape the dough in small piece and place them on a slightly grased oven tray leaving space enough between them to let them rise during the baking process.

Bake for 15-20 minutes to 180º C until they are slightly brown.

Do not overcook; otherwise the cookies will be too hard. On the other hand, if you bake the cookies for too short time, they will be too fluffy. Bake the cookies for the time needed so that they are lightly browned.
