FOR THE PIZZA BASE:

  • 250 g/2 cups HARIMSA Multigrain Mix.
  • 125 g/1/2 cup warm water.
  • Half packet of natural dry yeast.
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil.

 

PREPARATION METHOD:

Mix in a bowl the HARIMSA Multigrain Bread Mix with the yeast. Pour the water and knead gently for two minutes. Add the olive oil and continue kneading vigorously for another 5 or 10 minutes.

Cover the bowl with a cloth and allow the dough to rise for 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 240º C.

When the time is up, prehat the oven to 240º C and make the pizza base as thick as you want.

To prevent the base from sticking, spread the oven tray with olive oil and add your favorite ingredients on top. In this case tomatoes, mozzarella, ham, with a little bit of oregano, baby tomatoes and salad corn.

Once the oven has reached the temperature, bake for 20-25 minutes approximately.
