Thanks to our fine grinding process, we achieve a pleasant texture, preserving all its organoleptic qualities and nutritional properties. It stands out for its high fibre and vitamin and mineral content, being rich in phosphorus, manganese and vitamin B1. It is also low in fat, sugars and sodium.
